Verizon SUCKS so much!
SO friday our internet was turned off. Stephen called them and they said well you owes us $600.00, I'm like what????? I have a credit from accidentally overpaying them!!!!!! How can we owe them $600.00. Well I finally get them today and they are like well your internet bill is not on you telephone bill. I say but it is supposed to be all combined in your one bill setup! Anyway I then find out we don't owe $600.00 no not $600.00 but OVER $900.00!!! I get her to discount us half cause my powers of persuasion are AWESOME! Then I'm like so how do I pay this balance? She say oh you can go to your verizon online account, I'm like what is that? So we go there and it requires a verizon.net email address which I never setup so I don't have. We conference in a tech guy and he says oh it looks like its a verizon generated account and password so I fix all that and set it up for me. Then I pay the bill, then I say are there any emails in this account? and so I look and all the bills have been sent to this email account that we NEVER setup. I HATE VERIZON!!!!!!!!

I pretty much universally hate phone companies. And internet service providers. When they are the same... it is like their deplorability combines into some super-arch-nemesis from a really bad story where the villain is just a villain because they are Evil with a capital E instead of justifiably so. Sorry you got jerked around like that :(

Never had any problems with Verizon. While it didn't cost me any money, when I applied for a mortgage USAA was so insistant on sending email to their own secure web mail site. This after I tell them everytime I can't get into it unless let me set it up. But they insist it is already set up. How could this be I never set it up. So can they tell me the password, no of course not. I talked to the tech guy they gave me for like 5 minutes. He gave me some run around (the kinda crap you give to complete idiots) and he had me try and do what I had already done several times before. I told him just nuke the account that "I" had created so I can do a new one. But like a douche he gave the wrong answer. Of course you can't do it, someone can there, but YOU CAN'T TAKE THE TIME AWAY FROM AIM AND WOW (don't think I don't know what you do :)) to go type out a line in lineux to blow up the account and I'll go make new one. Needless to say since USAA couldn't send what I asked for to me and my agent they didn't sell me a mortgage. There loss.
